Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail box account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just select the email mailbox you would like to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
